Do you keep any labels or tape on-hand for purchase?
No, all of our labels and tapes are custom made to your specs.
Can I pay by credit card?
At this time, we do not accept credit cards. We will email an invoice to you when the order ships.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Yes, we do have minimums for both Labels and Tape.
Minimum quantity for Labels is 1M (that's 1,000 in industry jargon)
Minimum quantity for Tape is 72 rolls (3 cases)
What is your lead time?
For Labels: 10 work days on repeat orders, new items are 10 work days after proof approval
For Tape: 15 work days on repeat orders, new items are 15 work days after proof approval
What are your capabilities?
We print a maximum of 4 spot colors
Labels have a maximum width of 10"
Tape has a maximum length of 15"
If I want something printed are there additional fees?
A full coverage solid color requires no plates, there is no additional fee for a solid color full coverage Label or Tape
A printed design, stripes, circles, text, images, requires a plate for each color.
Plate charges are $45.00 per color for Labels, $90.00 per color for Tape
Plates are purchased once and reused on your future orders.
The plates belong to you.
